Urban Dance Retreat für Anfänger:innen
Lehrer: Sascha Paar
Join our basic Contemporary Dance Retreat for beginners
From Friday to Sunday, immerse yourself in movement and take part in five contemporary dance classes led by Bona Dance teachers.
Each class begins with a gentle warm-up before exploring different elements of contemporary dance, including form, rhythm, spatial awareness, posture and release. You’ll gradually build confidence in your body, develop new movement skills and discover contemporary dance in a supportive and welcoming environment.
No previous dance experience is needed — just bring yourself, comfortable clothes and a willingness to move.

Your Teacher
Anja is a Munich-based dancer and dance educator. She completed her contemporary dance studies at Iwanson International and previously earned her diploma as a state-certified movement educator and gymnastics teacher at the Bode School in Munich. Since childhood, she has been exploring space through movement — and even today, expansive, space-filling movement remains a central element of her work. About her classes: Through targeted exercises, we deepen our awareness of body and space. We express our creativity through movement, sometimes quieting the mind and letting the soul dance.
