Designed for absolute beginners of all ages, these dance courses introduce the fundamentals in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. It’s a space to explore movement freely, make mistakes without pressure, and leave each class with a sense of achievement and confidence.

You’ll begin with the essentials: body awareness, spatial awareness, group dynamics, principles of contemporary dance, posture, and musicality.
