Trial class: Contemporary Dance – Level 1 (1,5 hours)

Designed for absolute beginners of all ages, these dance courses introduce the fundamentals in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. It’s a space to explore movement freely, make mistakes without pressure, and leave each class with a sense of achievement and confidence.
You’ll begin with the essentials: body awareness, spatial awareness, group dynamics, principles of contemporary dance, posture, and musicality. As the course progresses, you’ll gradually develop a deeper understanding of movement through dance techniques, simple movement sequences, and choreography.

Sascha Paar
Sascha Paar, born in Graz (AT), is a dancer, choreographer, and teacher trained at the Palucca University of Dance Dresden. After several years with Theater Chemnitz and as a freelance artist, working with choreographers such as Alexander Ekman, Marco Goecke, and Ohad Naharin, he founded the interdisciplinary collective CLUSTER. He now lives and works in Munich, exploring body, memory, and identity in both his artistic and teaching practice.
