Bona Dance Terms and Conditions Conditions


Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Participants may cancel their booking by contacting Bona Dance in writing via email.

    • A full refund will be granted for cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date.
    • For cancellations made less than 14 days before the course starts, or during the first two classes of the course, Bona Dance will refund 50% of the course fee
    • If the course fee is paid by installments or recurring payments, cancellation after the refund period does not release the participant from the obligation to pay the remaining agreed installments.
  2. Mini Programs

    Mini Programs may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins are non-refundable.

    Trial Classes

    Trial class bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled class.

    • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the class are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable.
  3. If a participant is unable to continue due to serious illness, accident, or other exceptional circumstances, they are encouraged to contact Bona Dance. Requests will be considered individually, and Bona Dance may, at its discretion, offer an alternative solution such as a credit, transfer, or partial refund.

    Yearly Programs

    Yearly memberships or programs with recurring payments may be cancelled by giving 45 days' written notice before the next billing period.


    General Conditions

  4. 1.Bona Dance is committed to providing high-quality dance instruction with experienced teachers. In exceptional circumstances, such       as illness or other unforeseen events, Bona Dance reserves the right to substitute the scheduled instructor with another qualified  
        teacher. Such substitutions do not entitle participants to a refund.
  5. 2. If Bona Dance cancels a class, participants will be offered a replacement class, an alternative date, or another suitable solution. 
        Where a suitable replacement is provided, no refund will be issued.
  6. 3.  Participants may make up up to three missed classes per course by attending equivalent classes during the same semester,  
          subject to availability and prior approval from the teacher or Bona Dance management.
    5.  Missed classes do not entitle participants to refunds or credits .

    6. Bona Dance reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such cases,  
        participants may choose between a full refund or transferring their booking to another course.

    7. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate in dance classes. Any relevant medical conditions or injuries should be communicated to the instructor before the class begins. Participation is at the participant's own risk.

    8. During classes or events, Bona Dance may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in such material should inform Bona Dance in advance.
